S.E.M. Civil Pty Ltd was the Major Subcontractor to City of Charles Sturt. The Streetscape Upgrade at Semaphore Park took place on Bartley Terrace between Semaphore Park and West Lakes. Bartley Terrace is a high-volume Council road, carrying approximately 7000 vehicles per day. Council intent was to improve, Safety, Functionality and Aesthetics of Bartley Terrace.
